The single most important thing about ice you'll consume is the water it's made from. We make ours from 100% RO purified water and back it with the licenses to prove it.

How we make ice you can trust

Source water filtered through reverse osmosis
Municipal water enters our RO plant where it's pushed through a semi-permeable membrane that removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, bacteria, and impurities — leaving only clean H₂O.

Stored in food-grade tanks
The purified water is stored in sealed, food-grade tanks until it's ready to be cast into cubes or slabs. No exposure to dust or contamination.

Cast and frozen at controlled temperatures
Ice is formed in stainless-steel moulds at controlled freezing rates — this is how we get the slow-melting clarity you see in the final product.
- 04
Packed and dispatched the same day
Finished ice is packed in clean polythene bags or insulated transport containers and dispatched to your address by our own delivery team.
